Choosing the right home inspector can be easier said than done. Disparate from most professionals, you in all probability will not get to meet me until after you employ me. Furthermore, different inspectors have different qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for certain is that a "full service infrared" home inspection requires work, a substantial amount of work. In the end, a comprehensive inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector´s own effort. If you permit me to inspect your new home, you can be confident that I will conduct your home inspection "the way I would inspect my own new home".

My Inspections and Checklists
I have been a pilot for 30 years, a life long hobby. It became very apparent, very early to me in my world of aviation that my life and the lives of everyone on board my aircraft are in my hands. Be it a high performance airplane or a slow hot air balloon, they are all aircraft and require the highest of high levels of inspections. There are pre-flight, pre-taxi, pre-take off and post flight inspections complete with checklist after checklist. All said, I have logged over 5,000 hours in 25 different aircraft and it has been one safe and accident free journey all the way. I am a strong proponent of checklists and systematic inspections and of being constantly aware of my conditions and surroundings. It was only natural for me to utilize this same regiment when I began inspecting homes years ago. You can be assured that I will inspect your new home with the same level of thoroughness that I would to inspect my aircraft prior to a night flight to Denver.
